Some people are so happy in their own small little world which they live in and when they get bored, their interests would be to poke their nose into everyone else’s matters ….

You know what these ’some people’ should do?

Go travel. See the world. There’s so many places and destinations to explore. So many things to do. Ask yourself honestly, how many countries have you seen ever since you started earning a decent living?

Life does NOT revolve around this 647km2 island, sweetheart …

I have no choice but to boast a little bit here.

Need to get my message across.

When I was in secondary school; I went to Beijing for 5 days for a school history trip, Hong Kong for 7 days for NCC Cadet Exchange trip (one of the best adventurous trips I had, the kayaking, hiking, watching the beautiful scenic mountaineous views, staying in the mountains …..), Indonesia in 7 days with the family (the whole mainland), Batam for shopping countless times, Saudi Arabia for 7 days for my Umrah with a stopover of 3 days in London (short but sweet) and Malaysia … don’t say lah. I’ll go on forever (i’ll touch on a bit later).

When I got out of school, I went to Tioman Island and Sibu Island umpteen times but once for a Scuba Diving Course/Trip  in Tioman.

Bali for 7 days (one of the memorable times I had), Bintan for a weekend for a good spa getaway (and also with Coffee Bean), Krabi (Thailand) for 7 days with some girl friends and recently for 5 days (beautiful place to relax my mind in), Phuket for 5 days with some girl friends again, Bangkok for 5 days (hell lutsa shopping) ………… and …….. there’s more and I need time to think and I am getting sleepyyyyy …

Anyways i know I don’t travel alot, I know more people who have seen more places and I respect that. At the end of it all, I want to show my grandchildren  the pictures of my TRAVELLING ADVENTURE, all done when I am still crispy and young … Not when I am in need of a good ironing and botox but with lotsa CPF funds lying around.

My point here is just ….. I hope my dearest fellow human beings out there get a chance to see more of the world than I did. There’s so MUCH more in life than just Singapore or Sentosa .

I am not boasting because I just got back from a trip, I am saying these because sometimes the kind of actions "some people" take, do make me upset. Really upset. (And they don’t consider the ones who will suffer because of these feelings. What a pity.)

I am not gonna make a big fuss. I just hope they at least see half of what my eyes have seen of the world (whichever part I’ve been to and will go to).

So leave your MAC makeup behind, put away the Gucci handbag, grab your best positive attitude and take off !!!
